Project Description

In 2013, College Gardens discovered a surprising piece of data: the local university was a commuter school and CG was within the shortest walking distance out of 10 other apartment complexes in the vicinity. We helped them position their brand as the perfect home for students tired of commuting. To educate potential residents of the financial and time-saving benefits of a shorter commute, we created videos and promoted them via Facebook and Twitter ads.
